Unfortunately, no. Once the order is placed, we began processing the order for shipping to get orders out as soon as possible.

Our processing times takes 5 to 7 business days (Monday- Friday).
* Processing days does not count for holidays and weekends *

First Class Mail: 5-7 business days. 
PRIORITY MAIL: 1-2 business days.

* Please note that first class mail is only tracked, and it is not insured. This means that in an uncommon event that your package is lost and or damaged, USPS can't really do anything for you. Insured package claims will be covered and so will your shipping.

My package is missing. What do I do?

In the uncommon occurrence that your package gets lost in the mail, please contact USPS.
We provide a tracking number on all orders once shipped, so you can track your packages directly from USPS.

Once your order has shipped from us, it is up to USPS to assume responsibility for any lost/missing packages. As this is not the responsibility of Alletse D'ior Skincare.

PLEASE TRIPLE CHECK THAT YOU'VE ENTERED THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.

Once your order is purchased, your shipping label is created. If you notice that your address is incorrect, please email us as admin@estelladiorenterprise.com to make arrangements for a new shipping label with the right address at your own expense.
