No returns or exchanges on any items! Due to sanitary and safety reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL
 
Before submitting your order please triple check to make sure you've purchased the correct items.

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note ALLETSE D'IOR reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact Alletse D'ior Skincare within 48 hours of receipt of package. The customer must include order number, photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email. Give us 48 hrs to respond to your concerns and we will be happy to assist you.
